Corrections especially. If something here is wrong, we would rather hear it from you than not know.
The only email address for this site is contact@primerandpoise.com. Use the form below or email directly — both reach the same place.
There is no phone number and no postal address, which is normal for an independent publisher and is stated here so you are not looking for one.

What we will and won't respond to
Corrections: always. If a factual claim on this site is wrong, tell us and we will check it. Errors are corrected promptly and the page's updated date changes. If a correction materially changes a recommendation, the page says what changed. This is the most useful email you can send us.
Questions about a product or a technique: usually, though the honest answer is often a link to the page that covers it properly. We cannot tell you which shade will match you or how a formula will behave on your particular skin.
Feedback on the site: yes, and genuinely welcome. If a page is unclear, if something was hard to find, or if an instruction did not work when you tried it, that is worth knowing.
Requests for paid placement, sponsored posts or link insertion: no. Not as a negotiating position — rankings on this site are not for sale and there is no price at which they would be. See the editorial policy.
Product submissions for review: no. We do not accept product, because we do not run a tester panel and accepting product would create an obligation we have no way to discharge honestly. Picks are chosen against the criteria on how we choose.
Medical questions: no, and please ask someone qualified. Several pages here touch arthritis, tremor, low vision, dry eye and rosacea, and in every case we describe how products are built and refer the condition to a doctor or optometrist. We are not able to advise on any of them and it would be wrong to try.
